Meet the Staff

Alexander Freund, the President and Senior Engineer at 4IT, holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida International University. During his 26 year career as a technology professional, he has held technical positions in software engineering, systems management, network design and support, real-time programming, integrated circuit design, project management, and technical training. He currently holds professional certifications from Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), Hewlett Packard (ACE), and Citrix.

Raymond Mobayed, the Vice President and a Senior Engineer at 4IT, holds an AS Degree in Management Information Systems and is a Certified Shoretel VoIP Engineer. During his 15 years as a technology professional, he has served as the Director of IT and a high level IT Consultant and held technical positions in software engineering, systems management, network design, project management and technical training.

4IT has assembled a comprehensive team of IT professionals with extensive experience in desktop application support, network administration services, security, strategic planning, communication support, and emergency services. This ensures that our team will merge seamlessly and efficiently with the current staff and begin assisting the Town with all aspects of their Information Technology issues without delay.

4IT Staff have undergone certified training and have valuable experience that extends from the helpdesk to full executive management responsibilities. All of our project management personnel hold certification, including:
