Miami, Florida (February 6th, 2013) – 4IT, Inc., a leading South Florida managed service provider acquired another managed service provider, Network Technology Solutions (NTS) of Broward County on December 31st, 2012.
The purchase of NTS and its offices in Pompano Beach, Florida further increases 4IT’s share in the South Florida marketplace and provides complete installation, engineering, and repair dispatch coverage for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiency, engineering and service desk staff capacity, and sales opportunities with larger regional companies.
