By now you’ve heard about the cloud and all that it can do for businesses, but not all cloud providers can claim equal levels of availability and overall quality as others. Public cloud services are usually sold by two sources. There are some provided by very large and well-known technology companies, like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, and Dropbox. Furthermore, the MSP will be your go-to source for support of your cloud service, so you’ll never have to worry about being put on hold for hours on end.
