GUIDE: How Do I Set Up Swipe Actions For My Email?
Are you spending too much time sorting through your inbox?
Selecting, archiving, and/or deleting each email can be tedious. You have to open the email and tap again to decide what to do with it.
The good news is that there’s a faster way to sort your inbox—swipe actions.
How Do Swipe Actions Work?
Swipe actions allow you to quickly execute a function (archive, delete, flag, etc.) by swiping your finger across an email’s subject line in your inbox.
Rather than the multiple taps, it would take otherwise. By swiping, you can quickly run through your crowded inbox and get rid of emails that you don’t need to open.
